Our exquisite star anise liqueur, which enchants the senses! Produced from our self-made wheat distillate, the "Anisette" combines a gentle sweetness with the characteristic spiciness of star anise. Perfect for lovers of anise flavors and anyone looking for something special. This liqueur adds an elegant touch to any occasion – whether neat, as a digestif, or in creative cocktails.
Note: Due to the essential oils in the anise, our Anisette becomes milky and cloudy when cooled. With very strong cooling, the characteristic formation of tiny crystals occurs in the product.
This is a sign of quality (Louche effect) and the product is still suitable for consumption.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Spicy and aromatic, with the unmistakable notes of star anise
- Taste: Mild and harmonious, with intense star anise aromas that linger on the palate
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy our Anisette neat and well-chilled as a digestif. For cocktails and long drinks, it offers an exciting base – try it, for example, in an "Anisette Tonic" with tonic water and a slice of lemon.
Fill volume: 25 x 0.02 liters
Allergens: None of the allergens that require labeling are included.
