There is a conciliation body at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities. The conciliation body is tasked with resolving conflicts between people with disabilities and private federal economic actors.


You can contact the conciliation body if you are not satisfied with the responses from the contact option mentioned above. The aim is not to find winners or losers. Rather, the goal is to work together with the conciliation body to find an out-of-court solution to a problem. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. You also do not need legal assistance.
