Experience the harmonious blend of our fine and mild wheat grain spirit with sweet aromas of toffee and vanilla, as well as wonderfully spicy rye notes.

To commemorate the first documented mention of brandy produced in Haselünne in 1524, we dedicate this fine spirit, distilled for 36 hours on a copper still and matured for 55 months in a rye whiskey barrel from the Woodford Reserve Distillery (Kentucky, USA), to all connoisseurs near and far!

All 368 bottles of our Edition 500 come from a single cask.
No cold filtration was used to protect the unique aromas.

Also available as a set for festive occasions in an elegant wooden box.

A masterful Williams pear brandy, produced from fully ripe Williams Christ pears, known for their intense aroma. Distilled together with the experienced master distiller Dirk Böckenhoff at the Obstbrennerei Böckenhoff (Dorsten, DE), this clear noble brandy is bottled by us in Haselünne in elegant decorative bottles and sealed by hand. The "Edle Birne" (Noble Pear) captivates with its pure, fruity profile and is a delight for special moments – ideal as a digestif or as a valuable gift.

·        Aroma: Dominant and typical with the intense aromas of Williams Christ pears.

·        Taste: Full-bodied, harmonious and dense, with a long, elegant finish.
