Conditions of Participation for Events

With the paid booking, I confirm my/our intention to participate and the accuracy of my information. I also represent the interests of other registered persons.
I will immediately inform the persons I have registered that I – also acting for each person I have registered – hereby declare the following consent:

Principles

  • I am 18 years old at the time of participation. Exception for tours: Before the start of the tour, I will independently indicate if I am not yet of legal age. I understand that I will not be served spirits in accordance with the Youth Protection Act.
  • My participation/the participation and travel of each individual is self-organised and at their own risk.
  • My participation/the participation of each individual is not subject to any health concerns.
  • Should I arrive already heavily intoxicated or wilfully disrupt events, the organiser is authorised to prohibit my (further) participation and to exercise their house rights.
  • I will bear the costs of any damage that I cause or suffer myself, or that any person registered by me causes or suffers.
  • I will only hold the organiser liable if they are culpably responsible for the damage.

Cancellation & Withdrawal

  • Free cancellations including a refund of the ticket price are only possible if the booked spot/ticket can be assigned to another person. If this is not possible, 100% of the ticket price will be retained as a no-show fee.
  • In the event of underbooking, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, the organiser will inform the participants in a timely manner.
  • If the event cannot be held due to illness or accident on the part of the organiser, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, they will inform the participants in a timely manner and offer alternative dates. If no alternative date can be found, the ticket price will be refunded to the participants within 14 days.

Video and Image

  • I am aware that filming and photography will take place during the event. These images may be used for social and public media such as television or press, or for corporate publications.
  • I and the persons registered by me expressly consent to these recordings.
  • I and the persons registered by me do not consider our personal rights to be endangered.
  • I and the persons registered by me will not assert any claims against the organiser or third parties based on the use of the images.

    • Schützenfest Season Opening

    In addition to the points listed above, the following applies:

    • I understand that only "Schützen-Throne" (shooter thrones) are permitted for the throne shooting.
    • I understand that the ticket price only includes admission to the event and, for ticket bookings for a "Schützen-Thron", participation in the throne shooting. Individual prize shooting and gambling are not included in the price, nor are food and drinks on site.
    • I understand that heavily intoxicated persons may be denied access to shooting by the shooting range staff. If no shooter can compete, the association will be excluded from the competition.
