Our mild wheat schnapps – a true taste of home! "Haselünner Korn" is made from wheat grown on our own fields around Haselünne. Finely distilled in our traditional copper still, it impresses with its gentle mildness and clear grain aroma. Awarded the EU quality seal for guaranteed origin, it is a genuine quality product, which we also bottle here in Haselünne.
Tasting Notes:
- Scent: Very typical cereal aroma, complemented by delicate notes of chocolate and nougat.
- Taste: Distinct cereal notes, lots of white chocolate, creamy and harmonious, with nutty nuances and a delicate nougat sweetness.
Awards:
Our "Haselünner Korn" is a multi-award-winning classic. Since 2017, it has received six gold medals at the World Spirits Awards and was named "Spirit of the Year" in 2021. It was also honored as a "Culinary Ambassador of Lower Saxony" in 2016 – a testament to its outstanding quality.
Drinking recommendation:
Enjoy the "Haselünner Korn" neat at room temperature or slightly chilled.
