Experience the harmonious combination of our warming and mild wheat distillate with deliciously sweet aromas of vanilla and chocolate, as well as the strong aroma of dried fruits.
Our premium grain spirit matures in a few selected barrels, so the taste and intensity of the aromas can vary from barrel to barrel.
Therefore, every barrel is a new and exciting journey of discovery through the flavors of the world for us and for you.
No cold filtration was used to protect the unique aromas.
- Aroma: Perfect, sweet-grainy aroma composition, estery-yeasty-malty, mature wine-wood sweetness, strong nutty aromas, raisins, chocolate, caramel, lots of vanilla, delicate lovage hints.
- Taste: Consistent continuation on the palate, great combination of aromas, malty-yeasty base, sweet grain and wood in harmony, honey, coffee, cocoa, nougat, somewhat green-nutty, very harmonious, dense and long, fine raisin sweetness in the aftertaste.
Our serving recommendation for the best development of aromas: 16-20°C in a Glencairn glass or A la Carte glass (see accessories).
