Finely distilled in our copper still and aged for at least six months in traditional stoneware, it develops a particularly refined and aromatic profile. Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: A rich aroma with typical cereal and malt notes, accompanied by hints of white chocolate, a little apple, raspberry, vanilla, cocoa, caramel and toffee, rounded off by light green notes.
- Taste: Harmonious and full-bodied, with a subtle, rather neutral varietal character. Notes of bread and yeast combine with chocolate, malt, and delicate roasted coffee aromas. A pleasant chocolate sweetness ensures a long, lingering finish.
