Strawberry cocoa with chili

A liqueur with a kick: Our Strawberry-Cocoa with Chili combines the sweetness of strawberries with the creamy richness of cocoa and a finely measured touch of chili heat. The fruity strawberry notes meet chocolatey depth without becoming too heavy – a modern moment of indulgence from the Emsland region. Thanks to the gentle warmth in the finish, the liqueur feels exciting while remaining pleasantly smooth. Perfect for anyone who likes things fruity and sweet but is still looking for a special twist in their glass.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Juicy, sweet strawberries meet delicate chocolate notes, with a slight spice in the background hinting at the subtle chili heat.
• Taste: Full-bodied and rounded with intense strawberry, creamy caramel, soft cocoa aromas, and a gentle, warming chili heat on the finish. The sweetness is harmoniously integrated and balanced by the light spice.

Drinking recommendation and mixing ideas

Best enjoyed neat and lightly chilled. Also ideal as a dessert liqueur over ice cream, chocolate cake, or fruity desserts. In cocktails, it pairs excellently with creamy or chocolatey notes, for example in a "Spicy Strawberry Chocolate Martini" (with toffee cream liqueur and a splash of Haselünner Korn).
