Experience the harmonious blend of our warming and mild wheat distillate with sweet notes of nougat and honey, as well as fine roasted aromas.
Our premium grain spirit matures in a few selected barrels, so the taste and intensity of the aromas can vary from barrel to barrel.
Therefore, every barrel is a new and exciting journey of discovery through the flavors of the world for us and for you.
No cold filtration was used to protect the unique aromas.
· Aroma: distinct cereal aromas, fruity-pear-quince, intense roasted aromas, honey, caramel, delicate smoky wood notes, yeasty notes
· Taste: harmonious, dense and long on the palate, typical grainy base, lots of nougat, nutty, hint of coconut, toasty wood notes, slightly smoky, vanilla, malty sweetness
Our serving recommendation for the best development of aromas: 17-21°C in a Glencairn glass or A la Carte glass (see accessories).
