Our premium grain spirit matures in a few selected barrels, so the taste and intensity of the aromas can vary from barrel to barrel.
Therefore, every barrel is a new and exciting journey of discovery through the flavors of the world for us and for you.

No cold filtration was used to protect the unique aromas.

• Aroma: Perfect, sweet-grainy aroma composition, estery-yeasty-malty, mature wine-wood sweetness, strong nutty aromas, raisins, chocolate, caramel, lots of vanilla, delicate lovage hints.
• Taste: Consistent continuation on the palate, great combination of aromas, malty-yeasty base, sweet grain and wood in harmony, honey, coffee, cocoa, nougat, somewhat green-nutty, very harmonious, dense and long, fine raisin sweetness in the aftertaste.

Our serving recommendation for the best development of aromas: 16-20°C in a Glencairn glass or A la Carte glass (see accessories).
