Our exquisite star anise liqueur, enchanting to the senses! Made from our self-produced wheat distillate, the "Anisette" combines a gentle sweetness with the characteristic spice of star anise. Note: Due to the essential oils in anise, our Anisette becomes milky and cloudy when chilled. With very strong cooling, the characteristic formation of tiny crystals occurs in the product.
This is a sign of quality (louche effect) and the product remains suitable for consumption.

This London Dry Gin is produced in our distillery according to the highest quality standards. The botanicals, including the exceptional Callista aroma hops, are macerated in our self-produced neutral alcohol and then distilled. The resulting distillate is adjusted to 43% vol. with softened water. The result is an unmistakable gin with a unique blend of juniper, citrus notes and floral accents - a delight that impresses both neat and in cocktails.
The name "HOPE" stands for "HOP" (hops) and the "E" for development, education and environment. This gin symbolizes the rich spirits culture of Haselünne and is intended to promote confidence and creativity in difficult times.
· Scent: Juniper with a beery-hoppy signature, accompanied by citrus notes such as orange and lemon, floral nuances, lavender, rose petals and a pleasant spice from ginger, anise and cinnamon.
· Taste: Powerful juniper aromas with resinous and malty-beery notes, fine citrus oils and floral accents of lavender and hops. Rounded off by herbs such as peppermint, allspice and a subtle ginger sharpness, the gin presents itself harmoniously, dense and long on the palate.
