Emsland premium grain spirit for the ultimate grain experience! "De la Roche" is an exceptional grain spirit made with wheat grown on our own farm. Finely distilled in our copper still and aged for at least six months in traditional stoneware, it develops a particularly refined and aromatic profile. Bottled in our elegant decorative bottle and sealed by hand, it unites tradition, craftsmanship, and the highest level of enjoyment.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: A rich aroma with typical cereal and malt notes, accompanied by hints of white chocolate, a little apple, raspberry, vanilla, cocoa, caramel and toffee, rounded off by light green notes.
- Taste: Harmonious and full-bodied, with a subtle, rather neutral varietal character. Notes of bread and yeast combine with chocolate, malt, and delicate roasted coffee aromas. A pleasant chocolate sweetness ensures a long, lingering finish.
Award: In 2024, the “De la Roche” was awarded a Double Gold Medal at the World Spirits Awards – proof of its outstanding quality and perfect taste.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy the "De la Roche" neat at room temperature or slightly chilled to experience the complexity of its aroma. Perfect as a digestif in an à la carte or crystal glass .
