Experience the harmonious blend of our warming and mild wheat distillate with sweet notes of plenty of vanilla and caramel, as well as subtle wood characteristics.
Our fine grain distillate matures in a few selected barrels, so the taste and intensity of the aromas can vary from barrel to barrel.
Therefore, every barrel is a new and exciting journey of discovery through the flavors of the world for us and for you.
No cold filtration was used to protect the unique aromas.
· Scent: Pronounced bourbon aromas, intense banana ester aroma, lots of vanilla, light caramel, nougat chocolate.
· Taste: Very strong roasted wood aromas, pronounced banana ester aromas, bourbon notes, lots of vanilla, light caramel, malty sweetness, nutty, lasting length.
Our serving recommendation for the best development of aromas: 17-21°C in a Glencairn glass or A la Carte glass (see accessories).

Our mild wheat spirit – a true piece of home! The "Haselünner Korn" is made from our own wheat, which grows in our fields around Haselünne. Finely distilled in our traditional copper still, it impresses with its gentle mildness and clear grain aroma. Awarded the EU quality seal for guaranteed origin, it is a true quality product that is also bottled by us in Haselünne.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Very typical grain aroma, complemented by fine notes of chocolate, nougat
- Taste: Clear grain note, lots of white chocolate, creamy and harmonious, with nutty nuances and a delicate nougat sweetness

Our "Haselünner Korn" is a multi-award-winning classic. Since 2017, it has been awarded gold six times at the World Spirits Awards and received the title "Spirit of the Year" in 2021. In 2016, it was also honored as "Culinary Ambassador of Lower Saxony" – proof of its outstanding quality.

Enjoy the "Haselünner Korn" neat at room temperature or slightly chilled.
