    Aromatisch & Würzig(Leicht) Bitter

32% vol.

A pristine piece of nature – our juniper liqueur is a robust and well-balanced herbal spirit made from our own mild, finely distilled wheat. It combines the typical grain aroma with characteristic juniper notes. With its harmonious fragrance and rich flavor, our juniper liqueur is a true classic, equally delicious neat or in long drinks.

  • Scent: Dominantly juniper with a grainy base, complemented by yeasty, fruity nuances of raspberry, apple, and pear, as well as citrus, lime, mint, and floral accents. Slightly nutty with a hint of nougat and green tea.
  • Taste: The typical grain spirit base is accompanied by juniper and plenty of citrus. Notes of lemon juice, delicate herbal spice, chocolate, and a subtle bitterness create a rich, long finish with slightly astringent accents.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy neat at room temperature or slightly chilled. For a refreshing long drink, we recommend our juniper liqueur with your favorite tonic water – a truly invigorating treat. Click here for the recipe
