Our mild wheat spirit – a true piece of home! The "Haselünner Korn" is made from our own wheat, grown in our fields around Haselünne. Finely distilled in our traditional copper pot still, it impresses with its gentle mildness and clear grain aroma. Awarded the EU quality seal for guaranteed origin, it is a true quality product, also bottled by us in Haselünne.

Our "Haselünner Korn" is a multi-award-winning classic. Since 2017, it has been awarded gold six times at the World-Spirits Awards and received the "Spirit of the Year" title in 2021. Already in 2016, it was also honored as "Culinary Ambassador of Lower Saxony" – proof of its outstanding quality.

This London Dry Gin is produced in our distillery according to the highest quality standards. The botanicals, including the exceptional Callista aroma hops, are macerated in our self-produced neutral alcohol and then distilled. The resulting distillate is adjusted to 43% vol. with softened water. The result is an unmistakable gin with a unique blend of juniper, citrus notes and floral accents - a delight that impresses both neat and in cocktails.
The name "HOPE" stands for "HOP" (hops) and the "E" for development, education and environment. This gin symbolizes the rich spirits culture of Haselünne and is intended to promote confidence and creativity in difficult times.
· Scent: Juniper with a beery-hoppy signature, accompanied by citrus notes such as orange and lemon, floral nuances, lavender, rose petals and a pleasant spice from ginger, anise and cinnamon.
· Taste: Powerful juniper aromas with resinous and malty-beery notes, fine citrus oils and floral accents of lavender and hops. Rounded off by herbs such as peppermint, allspice and a subtle ginger sharpness, the gin presents itself harmoniously, dense and long on the palate.
