No chill filtration was applied to protect the unique aromas.

Our cherry liqueur is made from our own fine wheat distillate and the juice of the exquisite Marasca cherry, considered by many to be the most delicious cherry in the world. Its balanced sweetness and acidity give the liqueur its distinctive fruitiness. The composition is rounded off with high-quality, oak-aged rum (7.5%), which lends the liqueur a warm, spicy depth. Our Kloster-Liqueur, affectionately called Ursula, tells a piece of Haselünne's history and is a tribute to the Ursuline convents in Haselünne and Dorsten, which gained great appreciation over decades through their work in girls' education.
The convent school, which bordered our family business, had a direct positive influence on our family history. Farmer Hans Rosche (4th generation entrepreneur) met his wife Margret there in the mid-20th century, who was studying home economics. Her caring nature shaped the culture of our family business for decades.

Phil Stadelmann is considered one of Hamburg's best comedy hosts and is known for quick improvisation, audience engagement, a touch of self-deprecating humor, and hilarious stories. Moritz Neumeier once said about one of his first performances: "It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be." And that's saying something.
Felix Treders' humor is quick, witty, and – at least when it comes to other people – also a bit cynical. With a penchant for cabaret, he not only brings political grievances to the stage but also confronts life's stories with unsparing honesty – and always with a large dose of sarcasm.
Look forward to two hours (including a break) full of laughter, bizarre stories, and surprising insights. Our bar will provide the perfect accompaniment with a selection of excellent drinks (not included in the ticket price).
