Our Moorwasser combines the mildness of our self-produced fine wheat distillate with a delicate herbal aroma and a surprising coffee note on the finish. This mild liqueur impresses with its harmonious complexity and unmistakable character – perfect for anyone who wants to embark on a journey of taste discovery.

• Scent: Complex with cereal-wood-roasted aromas, peppermint, juniper, ginger, a hint of vermouth and a rich sweetness of chocolate, nougat, dark caramel, dried fruit, orange peel and black tea.
• Taste: Rum-coconut associations with dominant chocolate, roasted notes, coffee, dark caramel, gingerbread and a hint of cinnamon. Almost no bitterness ensures a dense, compact body with lasting length.

Serving recommendation: Best enjoyed neat – lightly chilled or at room temperature. Ideal after a good meal or as a special moment of indulgence. Also excellent as an ingredient in an Espresso Moortini.

With its full character and fine herbal note, it is a special treat for lovers of traditional liqueurs. 40% vol. alcohol content from mild, self-distilled grain fine distillate transports the herbal notes and ensures a well-rounded taste composition.

Our Kloster-Liqueur, affectionately called Ursula, tells a piece of Haselünne's history and is a tribute to the Ursuline convents in Haselünne and Dorsten, which gained great appreciation over decades through their work in girls' education.

The convent school, which bordered our family business, had a direct positive influence on our family history. Farmer Hans Rosche (4th generation entrepreneur) met his wife Margret there in the mid-20th century, who was studying home economics. Her caring nature shaped the culture of our family business for decades.

Hasetaler Kräuter is made from our own wheat distillate and refined with a careful selection of exquisite herbs and a hint of citrus. The grain for the distillate comes exclusively from farmers in the Hasetal, giving this liqueur its authentic, regional character. With its light citrus freshness, Hasetaler Kräuter is a versatile delight – neat, as a digestif, or in creative drinks.

This London Dry Gin is produced in our distillery according to the highest quality standards. The botanicals, including the exceptional Callista aroma hops, are macerated in our own neutral alcohol and then distilled. The resulting distillate is blended with softened water to achieve 43% ABV. The result is a distinctive gin with a unique blend of juniper, citrus notes, and floral accents – a delight that is equally enjoyable neat or in cocktails.

The name "HOPE" stands for "HOP" (hops) and the "E" for development, education, and the environment. This gin symbolizes Haselünne's rich spirits culture and is intended to promote confidence and creativity in difficult times.

·         Scent: Juniper-like with a beer-hoppy signature, accompanied by citrus notes such as orange and lemon, floral nuances, lavender, rose petals and a pleasant spiciness from ginger, anise and cinnamon.
