This London Dry Gin is produced in our distillery according to the highest quality standards. The botanicals, including the exceptional Callista aroma hops, are macerated in our own neutral alcohol and then distilled. The resulting distillate is blended with softened water to achieve 43% ABV. The result is a distinctive gin with a unique blend of juniper, citrus notes, and floral accents – a delight that is equally enjoyable neat or in cocktails.

The name "HOPE" stands for "HOP" (hops) and the "E" for development, education, and the environment. This gin symbolizes Haselünne's rich spirits culture and is intended to promote confidence and creativity in difficult times.

·         Scent: Juniper-like with a beer-hoppy signature, accompanied by citrus notes such as orange and lemon, floral nuances, lavender, rose petals and a pleasant spiciness from ginger, anise and cinnamon.

·         Taste: Powerful juniper aromas with resinous and malty-beer notes, delicate citrus oils, and floral accents of lavender and hops. Rounded off by herbs such as peppermint, allspice, and a subtle ginger spiciness, the gin presents itself as harmonious, rich, and with a long finish on the palate.
